　　 采用真空吸附辅助送纸系统，可将弯曲纸板吸平送八，特别适合对异型纸箱的加工。整机采用西门子电器及PLC可编程控制器，使光、电、气联合控制，安全、可靠、高效，主机采用电磁调速电机，在每分钟20—1 50速度范围内实现无**调整，使用方便，可根据生产计划设定生产数量，按量完成送纸自动停止，无须人工介入。配台湾进口优力胶垫，安装调换快速方便，模切刀口平整光滑，经久耐用。配合送纸系统气动自动升降(送纸模版辊先上，停送纸时模版辊后下确保每张正确模切)模版辊和优力胶辊在不模切状态下，自动脱开减轻机器空载负荷，延长刀模和胶垫寿命。机器配有胶垫修正装置，可使用中高低不平胶垫得以修复3—4次，延长胶垫使用时间。**特的同步器装置，无论胶辊直径如何变化，速差补偿装置可使胶辊和模版辊表面线速度完全同步，确保每批纸箱尺寸完全**致。机器胶辊配有横向反复循环移动功能，移动距离60毫米，圆周方向设有差动装置，使每**切口都在不同位置，(及无限循环)。相位调整行星齿轮构造，电动数字显示，360度调整方便、快速。全部传动齿轮采用**合金钢(40Cr)热处理后磨削齿面，铬式硬度超过42度。齿轮传动采用喷淋式润滑供油系统，使齿轮长时间工作不会磨损，从而保证机器精度胶垫辊和模版辊均采用**钢材，表面磨削后镀硬铬。
