本机特点：
1．将料架与整平机合二为**，占地**省。
2．采**简便操作方式，易于操控。
3．上部工作滚轮采用涡轮式4点微调装置。
   适合矫正精度要求较高之加工品质需求。
4．滚轮材质为轴承钢(SUJ2)，经热处理HRC60°表面镀硬铬再研磨，硬度高，耐磨性高，寿命长。
5．为确保精度要求，各整平滚轮强调真直度，真圆度，圆筒度及同心度之要求，以确保其整平效果。
6．采固定支点式，以确保导料滚轮在传送料带时不会有偏斜现象。
7．采数位式显示器能快速且正确的达到设定功能。
8．整平本体经热处理调质后再进行加工，避免变形而影响整平效果。
9．料架的扩张本体和弧型扩张爪采用FC25铸铁体成型，以达高强度和同心度之要求。
10．采用西德光电感测器无段变速装置，以致不会有滚轮夹痕之现象。
11．可掀式，易于清理，速度约20米／分。
