Function

ESR-B2 is ESR film with an opaque black coating on the back. for applications

where visible light must be completely blocked. Beads in the black backside  coating add surface roughness to help prevent wetout with smooth surfaces.

Material

1.The base ESR is a highly reflective polyester-based multilayer optical film.

2.A masking film is applied to the front side reflective surface.

3.An opaque.black colored urethane resin layer containing beads is coated onto the backside of the ESR film to decrease light transmission.
