As getting increasing the demand of shielding electromangetic waves in a circuit, in order to remove the noise which existed shielding material can not cover, the development of absorbing technology with magnetic has been required. We developed the absorber, plating magnetic material on the fabric. It is different as a normal absorber. Compare to the other absorber, the absorbing effectiveness is more than 4 times I low frequency. Also , for high frequency, with shielding material (Cu+Ni)plating product), we developed a bonded products with both of shielding material and absorbing material.
It is in the form of Ni+Co (has magnetic property) alloy plating on Polyester fabric, especially the absorbing effectiveness is superior I low frequency below than 1.5GHz. in the form of fabric, easy to process and low in cost.
In high than 3 GHz, absorbing poweris almost similar. But normally electric devices are lower than 1GHz, mobile phone is 800MHz or 1.5GHz.
