Education and Training:
1. University degree on engineering background and related, Laser outting experience, process engineering skill and equipment experience
2. Be familiar with FMEA’s, SPC, DOE quality tools.
Experience and Skill:
1. At least 5 years related experiences on laser outing/spectromark(激光雕刻)
2. Experience of process improvement; experience of project management (planning and implementation.)
Personality and Competency:
1. Good English competency, both written and spoken.
2. Good knowledge of inks and colors
3. Strong color matching ability and with no color blind
4. Good communication skill and Customer orientated
5. Good team work requirement
